“In the event of a dispute between the trader and the consumer, they shall endeavour to reach an amicable settlement.
If no amicable settlement can be reached, the consumer may, free of charge, refer the matter to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the trader, namely AVENIR CONSO, within one year of the written complaint being sent to the trader.

General Terms of Sale
Booking conditions:
During the high season period, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required. The reservation becomes final only upon payment of a 30% deposit, or payment of 100 % for rerservation on bookin.com or with Travel Agent. For reservation made less than 15 days prior arrival, payment of 100 %.
If needed, the balance of the stay must be paid 15 days before arrival. The deposit and balance can be charged to your card, or paid by you via a secure link we provide, or by bank transfer. For any cancellation, see our cancellation policy. In case of a shortened stay, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
Check-in time:
We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible on your arrival day. Generally, rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, please call the hotel before 8:00 PM to arrange check-in.
Check-out time:
Rooms must be vacated before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out until 2:00 PM is possible upon request and subject to availability: €100.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date: 30% of the deposit will be retained. Cancellation less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the total stay. In case of a shortened stay, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
The reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
We remind that, according to the legal regulations, the cancellation of flights, boats or trains, does not open a free cancellation of hotel reservation.
In case of a health crisis, if the government restricts non-essential travel to MORZINE-AVORIAZ, the vacation destination, OR if the government imposes the closure of MORZINE-AVORIAZ, free cancellation applies:
